Following
three years as an exclusive invitational, the Desert Classic has
been chosen as a host of a 2008 AMTA Silver National Qualifier.
Since 2005, the Desert Classic has been committed to providing
excellence in judging and customer service to its participants.
Though attendance of the Desert Classic is no longer by
invitation only, as its hosts we are committed to the continued
fulfillment of our original mission statement: Service first.
Moreover, we are more driven than ever to provide the most
qualified and wizened judging pool available at any AMTA
tournament.
All of this sounds good,
but what does it mean? To us, service first means going the
extra mile to make your attendance and participation in our
event as effortless and enjoyable as possible. This means that
whatever you need, we ’re here to help. Any questions you
harbor and any needs you have are our first concern. If you find
that we can assist you in anyway, do not hesitate to contact us.
Your positive experience is our first priority. When it comes to
judging, our commitment to excellence means that we will not use
law students, bus drivers, or coaches unless absolutely
necessary. As hosts we have consistently fielded enough judges
to allow coaches to coach rather than judge. Moreover, we draw
from a large pool of criminal and civil litigators. We focus our
recruitment on attorneys with practical trial experience who
find themselves in court on a regular basis. Though we have
volunteers from every area of law, our recruitment focuses on
trial attorneys. This is part of our commitment to you.
Please check the website
frequently as we near March for exciting updates about the
event. Between now and then we will continue to recruit
top-notch judges, provide all the amenities we can and work to
serve you in every way imaginable. If you need anything, ever,
no matter how small, please drop us a line or call.
